Our Family Training Yours

Faith, Family and Fitness

Neighborhood CrossFit (NHCF) is a family owned and operated CrossFit box located at 114 14th St. in Ramona, CA. We believe in the CrossFit methodology and have seen results first hand. Each of our trainers are Level 1 CrossFit instructors with various specialty training to include, CrossFit Kids, Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics and Mobility instructors. We enjoy sharing the CrossFit experience and hope to share it with you!

In addition to the physical benefits, we at NHCF believe the spiritual component is just as important. We are a Christian family. Whether you are a believer or not we all want healthy families and healthy marriages. Balancing your family, marriage, work, and other activities can at times be difficult. We offer a spiritual WOW (word of the week). This is a post that may include a focus word, a bible verse, or positive message with perspective.

The bottom line…Our goal is to help you achieve yours! Whether for competition, work, your overall health, or combination, we are dedicated to providing you with the best training in a family oriented atmosphere.
